Thank you for purchasing our course/templates, registering for our workshop (online or offline), and/or subscribing to Excel Exciting’s services (Registered entity: Excel Exciting, thereafter referred as Excel Exciting).
Our courses, templates, workshops, and/or services cannot be canceled or refunded once purchased.
However, you have the chance to join a different batch (in the case of online and offline courses or workshops) or allowing another candidate to attend the course or workshop in your place (for both online and offline courses or workshops).
After passing the required examination or completing the specified assignment, the completion certificate will be issued only once and in the name of the candidate who attended the entire course or workshop (whichever is applicable).
If you have any additional questions or would like to request a batch change or candidate name change, please contact us via the support email addresses included in the course.
You must request a batch change or candidate name transfer at least 48 hours before the commencement of the course or workshop; otherwise, you will be ineligible for any batch or candidate name modifications.
If a candidate does not show up for the course (online or offline) or workshop, he or she will be considered absent, and no additional access will be granted beyond the module/lesson validity period. A refund is also not available to the candidate.
Excel Exciting reserves the right to make batch transfers, refunds, or cancellations.
